I had the absolute pleasure of first meeting Tory Johnson in the summer of 2010. Having watched her for years on ABC's Good Morning America, I already knew she was a savvy business-
woman. What I came to learn firsthand is that she also has a heart of gold, so I'm honored to have her as a friend.

In the past year, I attended three of Tory's "Spark and Hustle" conferences. The caliber of women I've met through them never ceases to amaze me. They've been featured on Shark Tank, interviewed by The Washington Post, profiled in the news...not a week goes by that a alumni isn't featured in the media. Those women have become dear friends, as well as cheerleaders and fans of 320.

All of this is why I consider Tory designating me as a "Daring Doer" as the highest professional compliment of my career. Forgive the cliche, but it really does make me want to excel even more.
